Present were DK, KM, SA, CF, KM, FG.

Weather†- Dry and cold with cloud on summits.

Departed Glencoe car park at 9.15am and followed path up into Coire nan Lochan. Hard packed snow at base†of coire and crampons required. Broad Gully complete with snow but Boomerang Gully†broken and Dorsal Arete bare.†Broad Gully ascended using ropes and deadmen initially but they were abandoned as†gully had big frozen bucket steps all the way up made by the many climbing parties who use this area.†Ridge from top of gully to summit of Stob Coire nan Lochan bare.†Summit reached at about 1.00pm. Fraser decided to descend back to the valley down East Ridge†the rest of party carried on to Bidean.†From summit of Bidean descent was made†South East towards Sgreamhach†until a suitable gully was found to drop into the Lost Valley.†This was a bit more exciting as†the descent was made on quite steep virgin snow†and†two axes, crampons and rope all†proved very useful.†All returned to cars safely by 5.15pm

Time taken 8†hours†Fraserís time for 985m 9km was 7 hours.
